Quality Craftsmanship.
Reliable Communication.
From the first phone call to the final inspection, we treat your property with the respect it deserves. Proudly serving homeowners and businesses in Clinton, Camanche and surrounding communities.Decades of Hands-On Experience.
While Weets Home Improvement was officially rebranded in 2026, the foundation of our company was built over years of real-world construction experience right here in the Clinton and Camanche area.
For those who have known Corey Weets for years, you know he doesn't cut corners. You likely know us from our origins establishing Spot Free Property Management (est. 2020), where we built a rock-solid reputation for reliability, hard work, and tackling tough exterior maintenance projects.
The Hands of a Contractor. The Communication of a Partner.
We know the number one complaint homeowners have about contractors: "I called three companies, and you’re the only one who called me back."
At Weets Home Improvement, we built our business structure specifically to solve this problem.
Corey (The Hands)
He focuses entirely on the work. Whether it’s a kitchen renovation, deck restoration, or painting project, Corey is on-site ensuring the craftsmanship meets our high standards.
Tera (The Voice)
Tera manages the office, the schedule, and the communication. When you call Weets Home Improvement, you don’t get a voicemail box that is never checked. You get a response.
We believe that professional communication is just as important as the repair work itself. We return every call, we show up when we say we will, and we treat your time with respect.
A True Family Business
We are proud to have our son, Dalton, involved in the business. A talented kitchen and bath installer, Dalton brings specialized expertise to our renovation projects. While he currently works full-time in the high-end kitchen industry, he assists on complex jobs and represents the future of Weets Home Improvement.
Trusted by Our Neighbors & Cities
We don't just work here; we live here. We are proud to serve residential homeowners, landlords, and commercial businesses alike.
If you’ve driven past the City of Camanche’s municipal buildings—including City Hall, the Library, and the Community Center—you’ve seen our work. We are proud to maintain the windows for the city we call home.
