Many homeowners believe that the higher the pressure, the better the clean. When it comes to concrete, that is true. But for your home's exterior, high pressure is a liability.
The Problem with High Pressure (3,000+ PSI):
- ⚠️ Water Intrusion: High pressure forces water underneath vinyl panels, leading to hidden mold and rot inside your walls.
- ⚠️ Oxidation Damage: It strips the UV coating off aluminum and vinyl unevenly, leaving permanent "tiger stripes."
- ⚠️ Siding Damage: It can crack older vinyl and blow mortar out of brick joints.
The Solution: Soft Washing.
We use a specialized low-pressure system (about the strength of a garden hose) to apply a biodegradable cleaning solution. This solution kills the mold and algae at the root. We then gently rinse it away, leaving your home spotless and safe.
Vinyl Siding
We remove the green algae and black mildew spots that accumulate on the north side of your home. Our process restores the brightness of the vinyl without warping the panels.
Aluminum & Metal
Metal siding oxidizes (chalks) over time. Our soft wash method gently removes dirt without disturbing the oxidation layer, preventing streaks and damage.
Brick & Stone
Porous surfaces like brick hold onto moss and mold. Our cleaning solution penetrates the pores to kill the growth, which is then rinsed away safely.

We know you put a lot of work into your flower beds and shrubs. We take specific steps to ensure our cleaning solution only cleans your house, not your plants.
- The "Pre-Wet" Protocol: We thoroughly soak all plants near the house with fresh water before we start. This fills the leaves with water so they can't absorb any cleaning runoff.
- Post-Rinse: We rinse your landscaping again after the wash is complete.
- Outlet Protection: We tape off exterior outlets, keyholes, and sensitive electronics (like Ring doorbells) to prevent water damage.
